Slow movement · Somatic awareness · Nervous system regulation
Elements of Embodiment is a live, online 4-week somatic movement series designed to support reconnection with the body through gentle, intuitive movement and embodied presence.
These sessions are not about performance, flexibility, or doing things “right.” They are an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and explore movement as a conversation with your nervous system, breath, and inner landscape.
Each class is taught live in a small, intimate container and recorded for those who wish to revisit the practices later.
What to Expect
Each weekly session weaves together:
- slow, embodied movement
- somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
- breath, sensation, and intuitive exploration
- moments of stillness and integration
You’re welcome to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and adapt each practice to meet your body where it is.
