These sessions are held live over Zoom and are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re seeking nervous system regulation, embodied support, somatic exploration, or space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Each offering in this collection reflects a relational approach to healing and embodiment. Sessions are not prescriptive or performance-based, but responsive, intuitive, and grounded in presence.
