Whether you are new to Kundalini or returning to the practice, this mini-series offers a supportive way to explore foundational movements and classic kriyas.


What’s Included

Practice 1: Ego Eradicator – 25 minutes

This energizing practice begins with a gentle warm-up before moving into the classic Kundalini exercise Ego Eradicator using Breath of Fire. This kriya is known for helping clear mental fog, increase vitality, and strengthen the nervous system.


Practice 2: Spinal Awakening Mat Practice – 25 minutes

In this practice we explore foundational Kundalini movements including spinal flex, Sufi grinds, shoulder shrugs, spinal twists, and other movements that help awaken the spine and circulate energy throughout the body.

The spine is often referred to as the channel of Kundalini energy, making these movements a powerful preparation for deeper practices.


Practice 3: Kriya to Master Your Domain – 35 minutes

This longer practice introduces a traditional Kundalini kriya including Frog Pose and other strengthening movements that build stamina, focus, and energetic resilience.

This is a powerful practice for cultivating inner strength, discipline, and personal radiance.


Total Practice Time

Approximately 85 minutes of guided practice

You can move through the series in order or return to individual practices whenever you feel called.
