Embodied Flow: A Sensual Somatic™ Series
Movement is Meditation

Join Heather Dolson (Heather Wild) for a four-week journey into sensual somatic practices. Each week explores an element — water, fire, earth, and air — through breath, gentle movement, and meditation. These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and awaken inner radiance. No experience needed — all bodies welcome.

Weekly Breakdown:

Gentle spinal undulations, body scans, and breath practices that invite you to soften and reconnect with your natural rhythms.

  • Week 2 – Fire: Vitality & Expression
Hip circles, dynamic breathwork, and grounding movement to stoke your inner spark and release stagnant energy.

  • Week 3 – Earth: Grounding & Belonging
Rooting movements, pelvic awareness, and slow, rhythmic flows to deepen your connection with your body and cultivate presence.

  • Week 4 – Air: Breath & Expansion

Chair Yoga Series

Gentle movement ✨ Morning energy ✨ Connection & Tea

I’m excited to share that I’ll be offering a 6-week Chair Yoga series in Chatham, starting Thursday, August 21 at the beautiful Mrs. Bell’s Tea Room! 🌸

These gentle 30-minute sessions are designed to help you boost mobility, ease tension, and start your day with calm energy—and they’re open to all bodies and all experience levels.

🪑 A few questions have come in, so let me clarify:

  • No, you don’t have to commit to all 6 sessions—come to the ones that work for your schedule

  • Yes, it’s just $10 per session

  • No, you don’t have to stay for tea afterwards (but you're welcome to, and it’s lovely!)

We'll meet Thursdays at 9:30 AM (Aug 21–Sept 25) at 241 Grand Avenue East, and the tea room opens at 10 if you feel like staying for a treat.

Not local?
You can still experience the magic of chair yoga from home with my book and audiobook, The Joy of Chair Yoga, available on Amazon and Audible.

Let me know if you have any questions—I’d love to see you there!
