Weekly Breakdown:

  • 💧 Week 1 – Water: Fluidity & Flow
    Gentle spinal undulations, body scans, and breath practices that invite you to soften and reconnect with your natural rhythms.
  • 🔥 Week 2 – Fire: Vitality & Expression
    Hip circles, dynamic breathwork, and grounding movement to stoke your inner spark and release stagnant energy.
  • 🌍 Week 3 – Earth: Grounding & Belonging
    Rooting movements, pelvic awareness, and slow, rhythmic flows to deepen your connection with your body and cultivate presence.
  • 🌬️ Week 4 – Air: Breath & Expansion
    Self-touch for self-regulation, micro-movements, and soothing breath practices to invite openness, integration, and lightness.

Chair Yoga at Mrs. Bell's Tea Room

 Gentle movement ✨ Morning energy ✨ Connection & Tea

I’m excited to share that I’ll be offering Chair Yoga every Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. at the beautiful Mrs. Bell’s Tea Room! 🌸

These gentle 30-minute sessions are designed to help you boost mobility, ease tension, and start your day with calm energy—and they’re open to all bodies and all experience levels.🪑

It’s just $10 per session, cash or e-transfer. 

We'll meet Thursdays at 9:30 AM at 241 Grand Avenue East, and the tea room opens at 10 if you feel like staying for a treat and tea.
